Judging Panel?
Judging Process
​
The panel of curated judges are fully independent and subject matter experts who will ensure an accurate, fair and transparent judging process.
​
Drawn from across the Asia-Pacific region, the expert and esteemed judges are invited from academia, government, industry and startups to best provide a comprehensive assessment of the applications.
The first phase of the judging process evaluates all applicants from which three finalists of each category are selected.
​
The second phase of the judging process identifies the winner of each category from the three selected category finalists, and the overall winner of the Grand Award - 'APAC WAI Innovator of the Year' followed by the two runners-up.

Judges' Choice
​
Trailblazer Award - an award to recognise and encourage a young and inspiring woman whose extraordinary talent is deserving of the support of the AI community.
​
Cultural Leadership in AI Award - this award is dedicated to honouring a cultural woman for her inspirational work, leadership and devotion to the AI discipline.
